Home Rehab

The Homeowner Occupied Rehabilitation Program provides assistance to low-income homeowners who lack the resources to make necessary repairs to their homes. Assistance is available for home owners at 50% or less of the Average Median Income (AMI) for Luna, Hidalgo and Grant Counties. Services are expanding into Sierra County with plans to include Catron County. Applications are available on our website or in our office in Deming. The program is funded through the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.
